This course studies the use of information systems in a business context. We study which different types of information systems allow a company to excel at the operational level and build customer loyalty. Furthermore, the course discusses how an information system can be used to manage and control the knowledge in a company and how information systems can help to make better decisions. The relation with the different management levels is also studied.
