The student should have a general business background and be able to think in terms of business processes. The student has mastered the basics of data management and relational databases. The student is able to explain key business processes, procurement and sales. The student is able to familiarise themselves with a new information system.

- Introduction to ERP, including the IS architecture - Introduction to SAP - SAP module ‘Sales and Distribution’ - SAP module ‘Materials Management’ - Navigation and browsing through SAP tables - Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in ERP systems - Implementation of ERP-systems, including related risks
