Prerequisites

The student knows the principles of compound interest calculation and is able to apply themin valuing bonds and firms (purely domestic context).
The student knows the balance sheet and income statement.
The student knows the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM).
The student knows the Net Present Value (NPV) concept and can calculate the NPV in apurely domestic context.
