Conditions | The master thesis (9 ECTS): the master thesis needs to be handed in in time and in line with the guidelines as provided via Blackboard. The master project (21 ECTS): the student can participate in the jury of the master project when (s)he complies with the conditions and timing of the master thesis, as described in the guidelines of the master thesis (communicated via Blackboard). Master project and master thesis are very closely connected to one another: submitting the master thesis is thus also a condition for being allowed to defend the master project in front of a jury. |
Consequences | Master thesis: in case the master thesis is not submitted in time and/or in accordance with the guidelines as communicated via Blackboard, the student will be excluded from the defence of the master thesis and master project. Master project: in case the master project is not handed in, of handed in too late in comparison to the timing as described in the 'Guidelines master thesis' (communicated via Blackboard), the student obtains a 0 for the individual master project. In case the master thesis wasn't handed in on time, no jury for the master project can be organized. |
