  • Students do not need specific knowledge of human resource management to take this course.
  • Students should have a basic understanding of how organizations operate and the role of people in them.
  • Students can work in groups.
  • Students can undertake a small literature review and communicate the results orally in an efficient and scientific way to a broader audience.


Content

This course consists of two parts. The first part (3ECTS) consists of a theoretical part of lectures on “International HRM” which is followed by two practical work sessions in which the students take over teaching by presenting real-life examples to other students. The second part (3ECTS) consists of a theoretical part of lectures on “Leadership” followed by two practical work sessions in which the students take over teaching by presenting real-life examples to other students.
