The student should have a general business background and be able to think in terms of business processes. The student has mastered the basics of data management and relational databases. The student is able to explain key business processes, procurement and sales. The student is able to familiarise themselves with a new information system.

The following will be covered:
- Introduction to ERP, including the IS architecture
- Introduction to SAP (ECC, S/4HANA on premise, SAP Fiori, S/4HANA Cloud)
- SAP modules “Sales and Distribution”, “Materials Management” and “Financial Accounting”
- E-Invoicing, PEPPOL and Legal requirements in SAP
- Navigation in and usage of SAP as key user (front end), consultant (backend) and auditor (audit trail)

| Explanation (English) | In the event of a resit, the assessment will take the form of an oral examination during which the student must bring their laptop. The ERP application used throughout the year may be used during the exam. However, the evaluation will be based completely on the given answers to the questions, not on what is executed in the system. The student will be required to answer both theoretical and practical questions.
