Content

In this course, the student is introduced to how a company can shape (who does what), guide (how to manage the process), plan (roadmapping), and finance (how to finance the process) the process of developing a new technology, with the goal of creating, delivering, and capturing value (how to design a business model that valorizes the outcome of the process).
