  • Students do not need specific knowledge of human resource management to take this course.
  • Students should have a basic understanding of how organizations operate and the role of people in them.
  • Students can work in groups.
  • Students can undertake a small literature review and communicate the results orally in an efficient and scientific way to a broader audience.


Content

This course consists of two theoretical parts of lectures: a first on “International HRM” which is followed by a second on “Leadership”. In between are work sessions that help students develop their skills of applying theory to actual, real-life examples.
