Content

The study visits course focuses on recent developments in interior architecture and architecture, design and urbanism in Belgium and its surroundings. The region offers a lot of places of architectural and cultural interest. Day trips to historical cities and towns such as Antwerp and Hasselt are made, and the region Hasselt-Genk is explored. Inspired by the day trips, students have to make a presentation in a given format (TED-talk and PechaKucha combined) in which a story is developed using examples and aspects of (interior) architecture or urbanism in Belgium and their home region.
