- The student can reduce a management problem to a research problem, to be investigated through qualitative methods.

- The student recognizes ethical problems in qualitative research and understands their implications.

Course overview: The aim of the course is to contribute to the development of research competences of students in the field of qualitative research. Specifically, this course focuses on topics such as: - The specific characteristics of qualitative research
- Formulating a problem definition and research questions for qualitative research
- The elements in setting up qualitative research
- The collection of qualitative data
- The analysis of qualitative data
Students apply the acquired insights during the execution of their own qualitative research project in small groups.
