The mission of this course is to bridge competencies and expertise from various disciplines and to contribute to patient-centered healthcare advances. The aim is to gain insight in: - understanding the roles of each healthcare stakeholder - interdisciplinary skills to address scientific, business and social aspects of modern medical care - future transformations of medicine and healthcare systems
The course is organised in an interdisciplinary, interfaculty and interuniversity way with lectures by internationally recognized experts (5 online modules + 1 on-site module at ULB).
For students who want to obtain a certificate in healthcare innovation, an additional group case study and two on-site workshops are offered.

For students who want to obtain a certificate in healthcare innovation: Group case study: - Presence on the 2 on-site workshops (ULB-Campus Erasmus, Brussels) - Dissertation on translational aspects of one of the available case topics (10pg) - Oral presentation before the interdisciplinary jury (15min) + Q&A (15min) |

The planned days for the online modules are at the expense of the junior internship. The student has to recover these days in consultation with the supervisor of the junior internship. |
