Content

This course builds on the course Customer Centricity and Digital Experience and provides practical hands-on applications. Specifically, we focus on various applications related to understanding customers and using these insights to optimize the customer experience.

In this course, students learn how to obtain a clear and profound understanding of customers and to use this knowledge to provide strategic recommendations in order to support customer centricity and enhance customers’ experiences and relationships. 

In addition, students have the opportunity to obtain real-life experience with Hubspot (CRM platform) as well as Web Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), providing them with valuable skills to optimize digital customer experiences.
