Content

In this course, student teams conduct an in-depth governance scan of either a startup/scale-up or a family business. Using existing tools and frameworks, students analyze the governance structure, stakeholder dynamics, and operational and strategic challenges of their selected case. Guided by regular coaching sprints, teams develop tailored governance advice for the selected company. The course culminates in a professional advisory report and a final presentation to a jury composed of faculty and (optionally) company representatives.
