Content

This course builds on and deepens the insights developed in Foundations of HRM: theory and practice through the analysis of HRM cases. These cases, which can be chosen by the students, can involve specialized HRM topics or HRM challenges in specific organizational contexts or sectors.

In the analysis of their cases, students will 

  • Apply the knowledge gained in Foundations of HRM: theory and practice
  • Gather novel relevant theoretical insights
  • Integrate the perspective of different relevant stakeholders
  • Develop advice on the optimization and implementation of HR strategies, policies and practices.
